are my plants done?

I did read in the noob section how to tell if your plants were done. I order a 40x glass but I think they might already be done. They are lowryders and they are at least 8 to 10 weeks old. all the seed pods are formed. and i took one off the the seed is hard on the outside and soft in the center. the resin on the outside is white and the smell is softly fading.
