Are my plants Roots healthy?

My plants seem healthy but my roots are completely brown besides the very bottom of the roots get white for a little bit but soon turn brown. It's not a slimy brown it's like a tan colored brown. I run a chiller and water is always below 70

I use general hydroponics micro grow and bloom and that's it are they know. To stain roots? I bought a 1/10 chiller for my 4 plant system and I was hoping my warm temps were my problem but roots have never been WHITE

Temps don't hit 70 anymore always below
