Are plants flowering? And how?

Planted these plants about a week ago and now they look like they have buds.

They're older than a week. They're probably flowering because they're autos, or they're getting 12 hours of light or less a day.

They're the same age as whatever the mother is, so they're mature enough to flower. Do you know what the clone is? What's your setup like?
