are the plugs for the lights the same?? 600w/1000w

if i get a new ballast do i need new hoods?

sun system and hydrofarm are different plugs, but they sell adapters at the hydro store or online about 10 ot 20 dollers for the adapter
this would be wors case where your new ballast has a different plug

nice thanks i bought 2 600s but now want a 1000 but have brand new hoods

yea i would keep the 2 600s, I also use to run 1 1000w hps but have since changed over i now run 2 600s also
and i like it way better more yeild and more light coverage with 2 bulbs since i ca place 2 bulbs in different places
that gives more lumens to other plants that were getting shaded before with the 1000w, the only difference i see
is the size of the buds. with a 1000w you will have bigger buds 600w smaller buds but more of them since you could
move the lights around to maximize coverage area

The buds 3 gram popcorn buds from the 1000w are now 6 gram buds with the 2 600s

? so bigger buds with the 1000w or 2 600s dont know if i read that right

all around what yeided more? the 2 600s, as for which grew bigger buds? the 1000 i has more penetration
but 2 600s get more light spead over the area so bud sites that use to recieve less light are now recieving more light
with the 2 600s keep the 2 600s, the 2 600s will give of 30 thousand more lumens that 1 1000w

so with the two bud size is about the same as 1000

yea your gonna get more buds with the 2 600s theres no point in switching over
