Are these amber trichomes?

it looks like you either touched them by mistake or you had a leaf rubbing on them.

I would say the harvest window is opening. Exactly when you harvest in the next few weeks it up to you. For myself that plant is looking prime for harvest......

It really depends what kind of stone ya want from your weed. if you look at the chart it describes the effects of each. So, if you want a nice heady high you go with cloudy..if you want a stoney body "couchlock" type of high go with more ambers.

i disagree with this theory. if you want a "couchlock" or "heady high" then grow a strain that gives that desired effect when fully ripe. This way you grow your plant to it's full potential everytime. instead of harvesting too early for a head high, or too late for a couchlock. Peace
