Are these clones ready to transplant?

How long do I want to let the roots on clones get before transplanting? Are the ones with roots ready? Is there a chance the ones without roots may still get them? Day 13 from cutting. I pushed the bottom of the cut flush with the bottom of the rooter. Not necessarily poking thru but until I could feel them. Should I pop them through the bottom a lil next time. I have this led turned down to 50 watts hanging about 2.5 feet above them. Should I turn it up at this point? Start giving a lil nutes? Im using ro water so my ppm is 0.

I want to see spaghetti before transplanting. Than dont water plug , around edge first water, then widenin circle until only watering around edge, this will promte explosive rooting, make roots work, thay grow bigger in dry medium, just cant live wo water. Watch mendo dope 618lb garden 25 plants. Over 20 lbs a plant using watering technique. Watch it is good.

i see youve tried the poking part of the stem through the rooting cube, do you think this has made a differance to just poking them into the holes?
I think they may do better slightly pushed thru. I havent cut clones in 10 years tho and have only done it once before so jist thoughts at this point. I pushed the cut in until I felt it flush with the bottom. How do you do it? Ive heard of ppl doing it both ways.
