Are these doing well? Need proffesional advice + pics

Well i need to know if there close to flowering stage because i forgot my date, it reaches around 14 in a half inches.Im not sure if you can tell its a female or not but im guessing it is because hairs are growing on the stem and it gots 9 leaves but not sure if 9 leaves means anything. Any proffesional help would be nice. Any advice to improve it aswell. Oh and wondering if i could cut some of the leaf tips so the light could reach the bottom part. if you go ahead and switch your lighting cycle from veg to 12/12 within about 5-7 days you will be able to sex them and you could flower them if you want or you could put them back into veg to fatten her up...rule of thumb to start flowering is about 12-18 inches hope this helps bro

Many things contribute to potency the lights, nutes, soil, etc. Remember plants will double or triple in size when you flower so make sure you have enough light.

shit lights is what i need more then, so if i pick up more fluorescent bulbs tomorrow. I have being using bat guano and i only being giving it mostly nitrogen and less phosphorus. Plus i have a mirror on the side of it for reflective light. Will that help the potent be better?

Anything reflective will help but you can simply paint the walls with flat white paint it works excellent or try and get some mylar that works really well too.
