They are seeded. I don't see any male flowers. Yes you can smoke a hermie..

Pop one of the pods open and see if there's seeds. Some plants pop these pods with no seeds just resin in them.

Well, what you're referring to would just be swollen calyxes. But if you look closely at the calyxes, you can see a a crack with a seed.

Yeuup thats a hermie...*sigh* I remember those days. I still smoked my hermies and they were bomb....Just keep growing it, it could be a learning experience.
