Are these lights ok?

I am having troubles with my efforts but I am new to this. And I love it.
I know... pH, lighting, temp, humidity, nutes, right? Spent since Oct 10th, reading, planting and watching and learning.
I have 2 lights I am currently using. Both are FEITs. But I would like to know if I need better lighting. Will these lights work through the seedling stage?
Pics added here. 1 is a FEIT 150watt gro light. It is blue but I just noticed it is incandescent. Does incandescent work for planting indoors?
The 2nd lamp is a 60W pink, 2 foot LED Light. Are these OK? Too weak? I appreciate your comments :)

Hey man, I know this ain't a very popular opinion around these parts but if you're up to a little bit of DYI, I buy these true 50w leds from Walmart and remove the domes and they work incredibly well both for veg AND flower, they have both warm and white spectrums so what I do is I hang 2 White and 2 Warm for a total of 200w which is enough to flower a 2x2 keeping them pretty close to the canopy.
I heard someone say that by removing the domes you expose the cables that carry the electrical current however I have accidentally sprayed them with water, touched them, knocked them down and I have never had any issue whatsoever, these plants love those leds.
No fluffy, underdeveloped, shitty buds like flowering with CFLS, but frosty beautiful nugs with no foxtailing from the promixity to the light, you would actually be surprised of how capable these ghetto lights can get.
Anyways hope it helps.

Edit: I forgot to mention these are around 13 bucks, I would imagine if one would make an array with 12 of these lights for a total of 600 true watts from the wall with an average cost of 200 Usd, take into consideration that any true 600 watts led grow light will probably cost triple that amount, better spectrum and of course efficiency, but again three times more expensive, kind of makes you think.

Cool story bro, i use 120w QB in a 2x2 with great results and youve got 200, so efficiency is a question but i love hearing stories like this! I use a 50w $10 aliexpress outdoor light basically a cob in a reflector that thing is great for first 4 weeks of growth.

Watch the deals thread there are some stupidly affordable and effective LEDs posted there all the time.

Yeah I am pretty sure walmart just buys these off of some Chinese super low quality manufacturer that does not use efficient diodes whatsoever, I'm pretty sure these are the cheapest, less efficient diodes manufactured ever but they still pull out some yields.

I have to disagree with you on this one sir, check it out it's like this: These leds cost me 13 bucks a piece and they last for around 3-5 years (yeah it's pretty low quality, they don't last much I agree, but what happens if one or two fails? you replace them... it's a very different story if your quantum board fails because you have to call tech service to have it picked up and replaced and blah blah meanwhile your plants are screwed.

‘Why kneecap yourself right out the gate … if you were gonna drop a couple hundred on a DIY bulb setup why not just grab a QB200 or similar ready to go white led board from an actual manufacturer ?… get up and running then monkey around with supplemental lighting or whatever.

There are tons of options … vivosun for example sells BOTH led boards and even HPS ($189 ) .

Ok. I'm telling you that I can buy cheaper LED panels off of Amazon than what you spent/will spend trying to DIY equivalents. Up above you just said it would cost you around $200 USD for 600w. I can get a 300w LED panel for under 80cdn.

My bad on the costs, to be honest I do not live in a country where... we are developed lol. Getting those QBs here is very costly, I mean VERY costly, like considering wages and currency exchanges and all, around 20 times more, no joke.

I would LOVE to get those prices where I live man, unfortunately, around these parts, that is a big issue.
