Are these nutrients good to go?

I just recently bought some vegging nutrients from canadian tire, the product is called.

Plant-prod: All purpose fertilizer 20-20-20

Here are the ingredients:

Total Nitrogen (N)....................................... 20%
5.9% Nitrate Nitrogen
3.85% Ammoniacal Nitrogen
10.25% Urea Nitrogen
Available Phosphate (P2O5)....................... 20%
Soluble Potash (K2O)................................. 20%
Boron (B).................................................... 0.02%
Copper (Cu)................................................ 0.05%
0.05% Chelated Copper (Cu)
Iron (Fe)...................................................... 0.10%
0.10% Chelated Iron (Fe)
Manganese (Mn)......................................... 0.05%
0.05% Chelated Manganese (Mn)
Molybdenum (Mo)....................................... 0.0009%
Zinc (Zn)...................................................... 0.05%
0.05% Chelated Zinc (Zn)

I compared the ingredients to jacks classic all purpose 20-20-20, and all the ingredients are exactly alike except the nitrogen. Jacks classic uses more urea nitrogen, which I heard is bad for marijuana plants. And plant-prod uses less urea and more of real nitrogen. So wouldn't plant prod be better than jacks classic?
