well probably not ready yet...plants from seed usually take 4-6 weeks to mature, show sex, at which time they are actually ready to flower.

but some growers throw em into flower from seed.

Looks like what you are doing is working as far as soil and water. Im not sure I would change things unless the plant starts to show signs of a deficiency.

Thats kinda what I was thinking. See what they do this weekend under the 400w........or should I keep under fluros. So many decisions!

That light will get em going for sure just be a bit careful when you introduce the plants to them. You want to get as close as you can but its also a bit of an adjustment for the plant. Be careful you dont get too close early on until they adjust to the increase coming at them.

personally i like to veg under fluorescent until flower time...takes a bit longer to grow em, but the results are unquestionable :bigjoint:

all vegged under a fluorescent, a little Lst too ;)

here is a distance chart for reference to use when your ready to put them into flower...start with it around 18" so they get use to intensity of light...dont want it too close...they need time to adjust to the 400w then after a week you can lower it to 13" but they might grow to that desired distance by then ... good luck

With a 400 watt, you´d probably want to wait at least 2 weeks more, do some lst to help them fill out the area. (and keep them lower.)

I water just as leaves drop slightly....as told by the legend Brown Dirt Warrior. Only about 20/30% Perlite, I dropped some so sprinkled it on top. I have read some people do 50% Perlite?
