are these stretching or normal?

First timer here and want to make sure everything is on the up n up. I just put these in pots 2 days ago from a 6 day germ. They are bruce banner autos. I'm worried i dont have the lights low enough or turned up high enough? they are under 240 watt led panels, about 50% of the way turned up. Any advice is appreciated.

They don't look too stretchy at this point. If they're getting a true 120W, 18-24 inches is a pretty standard distance. If they begin stretching, up the intensity. Good luck.
