I have not used a seedbank in several years, I breed my own but there are seedbanks out there that folks like and there is a whole forum section where they talk about em there are also some RIU breeders like @Dr.D81

@RM3 fantastic reading plus info.
Could one do the boil technique in a perlite hempy setup ?
And is it one time boil or multiple drench? Would the lights on mean " still in the same light cycle " without chopping when dark ?

I'm going to try the boiling water method on one of my hempy solo cup (3:1 perlite/vermiculite)
I had the exact question as you did about the lights and how often to apply
sounds easy... one time shot with boiling water and leave under normal light schedule...and harvest 3 to 5 days latter

Are you doing another the way you normally harvest as well? Be interested in the differences between them.

yes, I have 4 hempy solo cups, each will get a different treatment....I recently started a thread about my experiment
https://www.rollitup.org/t/flushing-with-mountain-dew.909257/

1 - flushing with Mountain Dew (a bit of a joke, but I am doing it),
2 - flushing with tap water
3 - boiling water....will start this 5 days before the end date of the others
4 - normal nutes to the end.

if you're going to do it, do it right, take the plant to the day that you would normally chop on, then pour the boiling water on it, push it into corner and wait for it to fade. That's it, nothing special, no certain times on days or lights. just wait for it to fade. then chop

Potassium sulphate or sugar or molasses are all fine to flush with too also anything organic, worm juice is good, but to save money tap water is cheapest
