are they done yet?

hey i think these are done. what do you guys think, the bigger one is lemon kush and the other is purple paralysis.

Damn, very, very nice looking plant sir! They could probably get the chop now but, I'd give them 1-2 weeks longer.

how long have they been growing? and do you have a Microscope 60-100x.. u really wana go on trichomes.. I have seen plants that look done.. and then look at the trichomes.. and there all CLEAR.. or ive seen plants that look like they have a week left.. and it takes 3 weeks to ripen.. its all about personal preference..

when I first started growing.. the best advice I was given was .. if u think its done.. wait 1-2 weeks.. and in the meantime.. Flush .. no nutes... just a nice phed water.. 3x the amount of the pot.. drain to waste the run off.. and then feed straight water till chop..

some people say flushing is a waste of time.. but if you take everyones advice on the boards you will see that most of the info.. is BS and everyone thinks they know EVERYTHING..

that's why doing you own SIDE BY SIDES.. is worth it .. but I guarantee a smoother smoke with the flush.. some people flush 3xs the pot size with a mix of additves with nobase nute.. but your plants already beefing up.. those calyxs are swelling. so its just waiting for trichs and smell..

anyways good luck ..I would flush until all the leaves are starting to yellow out.. n shit first..

indeed my fellow farmer, lol looks like you got some dwarfs there eh? sexy tho! Rule of thumb is if you think there ready give at least another week. Imho you get a two week harvest window, Its important to try and discern each strains tricrhome development so you can get a better guage of whats best for you. Some folks like 100% cloudy, some like the 50/50 clear cloudy or cloudy/amber. If you can grab a scope/jewelers loop with a magnification of at least x30 you'll get a better idea of whats what. Have fun youve done well.

thanks. Well i have been growing since December under 11 hours tropical sun, which is why they are so small. I bought myself a 45x microscope on ebay should arrive soon. What do you guys think i am looking at with both plants. close to an ounce on LK perhaps? By the way i have this northern light x big bud, but she looks like she is going to take longer.

you def want to scope the trichomes first. Remember dont go cheap either cuz 9 out of 10 times you will get cheap. Trust me I learned this the hard way. Bought a 60x-100x of amazon for around $15 and it is totally useless because of focus issues. I am currently using the 420 scope and it gets the job done but there are much better on the market without a doubt. Hopefully you will be getting a decent quality scope and you will be able to see the Triches. Its the only way your gonna be able to tell for sure bud. I would def leave her for now as she looks like she does possibly have a little time left so wait til you look at those triches before cutting. You will be enjoying that payoff soon enough! I am gonna go with 24g dry weight, hard to say judging by a pic. Gonna be a tasty treat. Let us know what ya got when she is dried and cured

24 grams and with my other 2 i should go over an ounce.. GREAT! bought a scale. So when i cut it i leave it a week drying and cure for a month or so in a jar. I might just cure a bit for 2 weeks, need to smoke some
