Are they ready? First grow. Gotta be close!

my first real big grow. 55 plants. vegged 15 for month and half and the other 40 for 3 weeks. on day 49 of flowering.

purple diesel/sour diesel/green crack/jedi/ purple kush/ultra kush medical grow.

You'll get it at it's best if you wait three weeks, give or take a few days

Some of them are definitely far from ready. With that many white hairs it's a rare pheno to be ready anyway even though it can happen. You should get a magnifyer and check the trichome colors. You can get them on ebay for like $25 and it will really help you understant how it works - along with a little reading on this forum.
If you harvest this early you'll have some very Up high stuff that won't give you much calmness. Some plants look more ready, but i can't really see for sure.
A nice man on this forum has a thread where he has told like a thousand people when their plants were ready. Read that thread and you'll see. Compare your plants to those in the thread.

thats what i was thinking. That cat is looking to get passed its harvest window, gunna be some harsh and non potent smoke if you dont get him/her skinned and dried soon!

really though, adorable cat. iam a sucker for animals.

oh and the weed, i would bet on 2 weeks. iam not saying it wont take 3, but it will beat at LEAST 2, imo.

One or two of the colas (just the cola) are pretty close. The entire plants look like 2-3 weeks like everyone said. Also, I know its a pian and I didnt want to buy a scope either but I did lear a lot for 14 dollars at radio shack. Really good looking plants by the way. Very healthy looking.

Looks good mate.. I would concur with the comments above i recon 3 weeks plus.. The longer you leave them the better they'll yield... You've come this far mate.

so one dilemma though....... i have to be moved out of my place by oct 28. i have to have time to break down the room and also do a walkthrough with my landlord. so what time frame should i use for a flush and dry? once theyre in jars i'll be fine. why do most say purple diesel takes 50-55 days but if your saying to let em grow for another 3 weeks that would be like 70 days. sooo???

55 plants?!?! Jeez - I'd say flush REALLY WELL now then chop in 4-5 days and get them bloody dry (that takes 1-and-a-half to 2 weeks by itself) ...you REALLY should've started flushing last week, flush/harvest/drying takes about a month in total if you wanna do it properly! I'd say use a fan or 2 when drying, not pointed directly ON the buds but I'd personally try anything to help dry them out - and if you've gotta show the landlord around I'd say dry them at a mates place or at least ask a mate to help with some of them coz they'll take up about as much room as you've got now and they'll STINK to high heaven...your landlord will be REALLY happy about having to inspect a ganja farm complete with moist hanging smelly plants!!!

Unless you can come up with a better solution for somewhere to dry them I think you're knackered I'm afraid...

well i plan on chopping them on oct 15th. then drying for ten days. then throwing them in jars and having someone else cure them since I'm going on tour for 3 weeks. i'm going to show my landlord the apt on oct 27th. i'm giong to clean it out oct 26th. shampoo/paint/ yadda yadda. it wont stink after i do all that.

i do have a dehumidifier. should i run that to help the trees dry out? i heard thats not good for them.

I dunno about the dehumidifier at all im afraid - other than that it sounds like a good plan...are you in a band? What do ya play? Got a myspace?
