if you dont want them to be to big then flower now because the plant will grow at least double the height

If i do flower it how much bud you think ill get its 18 in i have it with 2 42 watt cfl on top and 2 of them on the side.

Not much at all, you need real lights MH/HPS with at least 250W in order to produce a good yield.
