Area 51 question xgs190 or two w90's?

W90 being the Cob from a51?
I run the xgs 190... I like it, it's a really great build. Runs cool and you can't hear the vents. I can't however compare with the cob's, can't say for sure if it will be better or not. I wouldn't buy used gear in the first place.

I own all 3. What is the k rating on w90? The sgs160 flowers well and comes close to the xgs190. Also have a r/w75. Use mostly COB's now but these will crush most anything out there in conventional led panels. Have had these over 2 yrs with no issues. Probably need to rid myself of a couple. No upgrade needed or wanted by me.
Running a w90 4000k, an Optic 120 vero 3500k and a Northern Photon 190 with 3500k 90cri Citizen COB's. Bing, boom, BANG! Damn, that Photon is bright.

Never experienced much stretch with mine at about 16" at 130 watts in a2x2 area. Coverage slightly greater than sgs. I actually like the 190 better in veg than the sgs at 120 watts and higher k. Both did well and plants responded about the same. Just what happened at my house.
It's does a great job for vege, but maybe I am wrong... I knew the specification say 50cm when flowering. I might be wrong...
