Has anyone received one of these yet? Has anyone seen a spectral chart of one of these new 2014 models? I'm dying to know more about these new panels!
Yeah I know how that goes. Very understandable to wait and order until the spectral charts are available. Good luck!I heard that they would be putting them up on their website over 3 weeks ago. That chart is all I am waiting for before I pull the trigger on a few of these. Call me crazy but i can't/won't bring myself to order without seeing this. Why would A51 put these up for preorder without releasing this info?
its an all white Panel with "Cree XTE White 3700k"
this gives enough information over the Spectrum, at least for me...
Sweeet, are these the LED's in the new panel??The A51 site is updated with all the spectrum and Umole charts.

That is why I've been mia for the last 3 months. Glad it's over, that was a lot of work.Sweeet, are these the LED's in the new panel??

Generally, white Cree LEDs are available in 250k increments starting at around 2200k and ending at 8000k-something..... Also, the blue LED chip from one Kelvin to the next is identical as well as the phosphor blend. What changes from each 250k increment, the ratio from 400-500nm and 500-750nm changes.^^^^ Somebody has been working hard......! Look at that sexy spectrum.....(and swanky new website!)
Hmmm, the A51 spectral analysis of their XGS-190 shows a more broad spectrum than the spectral graph I found for the coinciding diodes in the Cree Datasheets.. Can someone explain this to my feeble mind? View attachment 2898827View attachment 2898828
Am I correct to assume that these diodes are driven harder in the A51 panel than the diodes Cree used at the time of their spectral analysis?
Prompt and transparent as usual! Thanks, man!Yes they are, except I got mine from Digikey.
