Arizona Growers Thread

I want to try and clash heads with other people in my state. I am currently in Phoenix Arizona and by now you know that PROP 203 passed in Our state. I want to mastermind a system in which growers can come together and give ideas, help, or come together for something bigger. If you live in Arizona and can't wait to start that first CROP you should post here. Arizona will be the next cash crop state and we as Arizonians don't want to let the Califonians to come into Our state and do what they do... RAPE THE MARKET... (Or anyone in that matter)

In April 2011 AZDHS will begin the process of accepting applications for marijuana growers, dispensaries, care givers and most inportant the patients. If you feel the way I feel contact me for more info.

We just went through / are going through that here in Maine also. If I am not mistaken, our laws are not that different.

There'll probably be about a thousand applications for something like 150 dispensary slots; the draft requirements are pretty strict. Get this:

Section R9-17-313, Inventory Control System:

A dispensary shall establish and implement an inventory control system for the dispensary's
medical marijuana that documents:

3. For cultivation:
a. The strain of marijuana seed planted, type of soil used, date seeds were planted, and the watering schedule;
b. Harvest information including:
i. Date of harvest;
ii. Amount of medical marijuana harvested, including the amount of marijuana and the amount of usable marijuana;
iii. Name and registry identification number of the dispensary agent responsible for the harvest; and
c. The disposal of medical marijuana that is not usable marijuana including the:
i. Date of disposal,
ii. Method of disposal, and
iii. Name and registry identification number of the dispensary agent responsible for the disposal

That's just one part of one section of record-keeping. It'll be insane.

Of course, that's just draft; they might require even more (or less) than that. Who knows.

That would be FUCKIN stupid to have to take records of all that stuff.... I think The department of Health is going tooo FAR....

You will have to regulate things that are already regulated... More time and more money into the States pocket....
