Came across some hands off investors with lots of cash for people wanting a dispensary. Message me and I'll put you in contact.

All you need is a location and ability to run a Dispensary. They put up all the cash, doctors, business proposal etc. sounds legit for the right person who has everything but cash.

god damn thats a lot of loot!
It's a cynical requirement that you are self-insured for the legal expenses you are guaranteed to incur on day one when the feds decide your dispensary is their next target. The state does not want to have to lift a finger in your defense.

I think our state is going to rewrite or "revise" certain aspects of this proposition.
Unfortunately that is not possible. The law is written into a voter initiative. That means neither the legislature nor the health department can "revise" that part of the law. (If they could make changes like that, we'd have NO mmj at this point.)

The only way the 25-mile rule gets repealed is via another voter-initiated ballot proposition. Beware of stepping foot on this path -- that also happens to be the only path to repeal.

I would support litigation to remove the 25 Mile Rule FROM the AMMA..

The AZ constitution prevents litigation _or_ legislation from changing an element that was written in a voter-initiated ballot proposition that became law.

Only another ballot initiative can change this. (And it's not too late to get something on the November ballot.) I'm not holding my breath.

This is not the whole truth. A law could be found unconstitutional which would then be amended by the courts or judicial branch and the state house can change a voter initiative so long as they have over a two thirds majority infavor. They just changed something pretty recently and have changed other things in the past like the k-12 education funding which was completely gutted.

No offense man but when it sounds too good to be true, it usually is, right? Sounds like someone is going to make a killing though. Why don't you take the opportunity yourself bro?

There are a few things that become possible *after* the law actually affects someone, and they successfully (good luck with this) use the unconstitutionality of the CHAA exclusion as a defense against their prosecution for cultivation. Since no person (and certainly not Bill H) has actually been granted a cultivation license and then had it withdrawn due to the 25-mile rule, *nobody* has any standing to bring any lawsuit and there is certainly no criminal defense possible.

So what is your path to having the law "found unconstitutional?" There would have to be a judicial process for that, which cannot even begin until *after* the damage is done.

irieie I hope you don't shoot the messenger here. I really don't want the 25-mile rule to take away my rights, but I am quite convinced that it is going to. I'm especially disappointed that the participants in this forum -- the ONLY people I've found who even seem to understand what's happening -- don't comprehend the magnitude of the problem. You seem pretty convinced about this 2/3 majority thing. There might be some possibilities there, setting aside the fact that not even one single member of the state Legislature could be expected to come down in favor of marijuana cultivation under any circumstances whatsoever, AMMA or no AMMA.

All I hope for... is that the gov stands up to the fed as strongly for our MMJ law as she did for SB1070. If she doesn't...then she's only interested in state's rights, when it serves her purposes.

She almost saved patient/caregiver cultivation. I don't think that was her intent, but she almost did a good thing, quite by accident.

really nice irieie!,plz tell me those are either the diesel or domina......
That's actually just an auto flower I got as a freebie. Nothing special at all the white domina and the diesel are the larger plants in the background. They are in week 2 of flower. The flowers in the pic above were just an afterthought on this grow. I think the diesel and white domina will be better than the auto.the diesel already has a strong lemon og stench to it. J am looking forward to those and will post pics of their buds.
