Guys take care of your babies...
We just had our first big sand storm blow thru about a hour ago and its still windy as hell. I had to cover my plant with a heay planter just to keep it form getting the crap beaten out of it.
And more to come this weekend..
I dont understand why you would want to live somewhere that has sandstorms??? Why would people inhabit such a harsh environment.

well you see we dont get snow we dont get ice or earth quakes or hurricanes and i never seen a tornado so pretty much the worst thing that could happen is our a/c unit breaking

We do live on the sun for 5mo of the year and then the weater is absolutly beautiful for the rest of the year. The sand storms are only like 2mo out of the year and they are not that bad. You hear about the monsoon's around hear but the monsoon seaseon is less harsh weather than anywhere i have lived before, (just windy as hell)

the only reason monsoons are a problem here... is cuz people are absolutely stupid

you go most of the year without seeing rain... ok
but when it does come and in pretty decent quantities... people don't know what to do

i mean like, driving through a heavy flowing wash with 3ft of water in it... fucking IDIOTS... or the people who get stuck in the tunnels that the washes go in and out of... and dying in there

basically, we have thunderstorms, and a hell of a lot of idiots...
