ARRRGGGHHH Possums

Damn possums almost ate my little seedlings from attitude. We are currently in the middle of a reno (bathroom and kitchen) and have had workmen in and out of the house so Have shut my hydro system down and just started a couple of seedlings ready for when the work is done. So I have put my little babies down near the back fence. I have 2 dogs a rotweiler and a bull terrier cross cattledog they came screaming around the corner of the house barking and carrying on like they do so I went out to see what was going on as they were near my plants and I have found all seedlings tipped over and one of my g13 thai freebie was chewed off at the stem. I would usually think It was the dogs for something like this but it was treats all round and off for a replant. I have them under my 250watt MH atm hoping they recover. well that was my rant thanks for listening...

the possums around my area go for the trash. too bad my dog guards the cans now.

Possums are mean too, don't try to fight the thing to save your plants.

Do you have some screen or something you can protect them with?

They're like big rats, yuck........

LOL same in my area, possum ate 4 seedings, then took my baby, well lying about the baby part.

I even feed the little bastards apples most nights, but cant be angry with em i suppose. i would have done the same thing if i was a possum too
