Buy half a cabbage and slice
Slice one package of mushrooms
3 Green onion sliced
Good Sprinkle of slivered or toasted almonds
Good Handful of sunflower seeds
Bean sprouts - 1 pkg or a couple of tong fulls from grocery store
Chow mein noodles
1 pkg ichiban noodles
Dressing
Seasoning from noodles
1/2c canna oil
2-4 Tbsp of soy sauce
3 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp of sugar
Salt and Pepper
Shred the cabbage so its in super small pieces and put the dressing on it and let it sit for 5 ish minutes
add noodles and then everything else your cabbage should soak up some of the oil while you're doing everything else.
