Aside from poor drainage, why would a plant stop draining?

One of my plant that drained really well since I put them in 7 gallon pots today has decided not to drain or very little. The pot sure feels like it too, it's heavier than it usually is after watering. I give all my girls a gallon + 16oz of root treatment every 2-3 weeks with great white. Just to keep them health.
All the pots came with 7 drainage points around the bottoms, I drilled 3 more 1 in holes in the bottom. I have 2" of 3/4-3/8 chunky medium to help aid in said drainage. But today one drained very, very, very little compared to her sisters. That and she is looking a bit sickly.
And now she is starting to look over watered but I check the soil moisture before I watered an hour ago and it was very dry. So wtf why isn't it draining.

Maybe its all the root simulant stuff, I dunno. I'd just loosen them up and pull them out to check the roots. May have to cut away some roots to repot them.

Did you recently transplant to bigger pots ?

if not are the plants large in plastic pots that are to small?

Are there roots coming out of your drain holes on the bottom ?

Did you add perlite into your soil ??..if not some soil can pack down pretty fucking tight after watering for a while ..

Just my opinion ...if your going to use a pot to grow your plants to harvest ....try smart pots next time ....plastic is fine to start in ...but I love a decent sized fabric pot ...just my 2 cents

Well the answersame are they went through 2 Transplants, from solo to 2 gallon to 7 gallon which they are in now have been for 4 weeks. Yes they just started to show out the bottom so when I feed them they are on 8"in cast lifters for pots and feed them over a 6'sled so when the draining is done they never get left overs. So I think I need to one more time, gonna have to go to 15's maybe 20 if my funding autos weren't in my way dammit

They should be done about the time I need to flower no matter their size mother nature will fuck me if I don't. I depend on the outside cold to cool my room and pump it full of fresh air every 10 minutes or so during the on time. They are all under 3 1000watt about 20" above em and they are all but 4 out of 10 on stands the others have to share. Lol. But I had to transplant my autos a 5 days ago they are having a tough time w u think getting root bound in 3 gallon pots all 4 of em. They aren't even that big. Well I guess a couple are but one is only 15" tall and it's the one budding the best. Go figure right. Th he f u cling things are all yellow with like red and black splotches and are dropping off like flies you would swear I demolished t he shot out of it but I assure you they all just turn yellow and all the fan leaves went first now it's the bud leaves too. I don't know if they will even live and if they do the will most likely not be worth he time it took to fuck em up. Fyckin things are touchy.
