Have a few questions...

At what age must a plant be before you can clone?

Does it matter what strain you are growing?
or
Is it based on the quantity of veggitive growth for the actual plant you wish to clone?

thanks...

Plants should be at least 2 months old before taking clones.

I wouldn't go by age, I would go by veg growth amount...you don't want to stress the plant out at too early of an age, right? Also, your rate of growth is going to vary significantly depending on lights, nutes, medium, strain, etc. IMO, I would let veg until about a week or two before you are going to put on 12/12. Some folks have had success even a week or so after 12/12 so they could try and determine sex before going through hassle of possibly cloning a male, however, the clone may have some odd looking leaf growth as it goes back to veg state.

I would say some strains will clone easier than others, but most WILL clone.
