Put it in there and balance with distance. I am going to have. 400 watt and 2 150 watt units in the same tent. All will be on tethers. The mounting the lights at the top was more work than I expected moving plants up and down.Oh yeah ? Cause I got an extra 100w vivosun led i just don't have another controller and I'm hesitant to put it in there and possibly have very uneven light

No unfortunately. I mean there's this app on my cell phone . And i bet it could at least get me to balance out the lights. I just don't know accurate it would be if your trying to get an actual PPFD.Do you have a tool to measure light? Lux or ppfd?
What ever you have will be fine to balance the lights. Just keep eyes on plants to adjust but if you have a tool it is a good start. No unfortunately. I mean there's this app on my cell phone . My lux is at 36,000 and 40,000 for the autos and 45,000 for the photoperiodWhat ever you have will be fine to balance the lights. Just keep eyes on plants to adjust but if you have a tool it is a good start.
Now is a good time to plan for training as the growth will soon limit what you can do. Here are some notes I took down.
The main stem runs will have the most growth and for the longest time. They will tend to climb up and over the smaller stems. Try to position these stems to the outside of the light pattern where the lights are weaker. I was able to do this one one huge flower it is like 4 inches above the rest but on the edge of the lights there are some flowers at a higher level.
From the top of your canopy to about 12 inches down should be the limit of bud growth. Do not include any one off mega growing stems in your canopy just where most of the tops are at. You can and should leave fans alone but take the small bud starts off the stems down low as they rob growth hormones and can reduce main flower growth.
Later in the flower period you can put a trellis above your plants and use green wire to pull stems down and thin green wire to hold fat flowers to heavy for the stems ( you hope )
Kool. Maximum saturation for cannabis is about 75k without CO2. I ran my canopy up to 65k about 2-3k up each a day during flower until I got up to 65k. Watching for problems and I never had light issues. Any higher and a bud can grow up and pass the 75k threshold for damage. My lux is at 36,000 and 40,000 for the autos and 45,000 for the photoperiod
Much more fun lmaoKool. Maximum saturation for cannabis is about 75k without CO2. I ran my canopy up to 65k about 2-3k up each a day during flower until I got up to 65k. Watching for problems and I never had light issues. Any higher and a bud can grow up and pass the 75k threshold for damage.
This is a lot funner when you see success am I right?

What dehumidifier are you using and how well does it do? Running into super high humidity levels these past three days. And iv gotta figure something out before I run into mold.Kool. I usually get it back in range by lights on . But lights off has been a struggle to keep humidity levels low. Lung room will jump up to 60. So tent sometimes gets up to 73%RH at nightWhat dehumidifier are you using and how well does it do? Running into super high humidity levels these past three days. Sucks to admit this but I have a laundry room 500 foot unit trying to dry out a 1100 square foot basement. I have been using the whole house AC to lower humidity. As long as it runs it removes humidity. At this point we would normally have windows open and air blowing but with rain it would go to 70%.I usually get it back in range by lights on . Yeah I'll be getting me a laundry unit as well. I have everything hooked up right I'm pretty certain . but the tent rarely drops below lung room humidity .Sucks to admit this but I have a laundry room 500 foot unit trying to dry out a 1100 square foot basement. Just 5 more days and I am chopping. Everything is going in a 12x10 bedroom and I am installing a solid core security door.
Dude when she starts showing pine cones you need to handle that humidity. When mine hits 55% I put duct fan on 10 and keep the air moving. This will not work at 65% or higher at all.
If your lung room is 60% and you can not get lower then that something is wrong. At lights out the tent will drop temp and humidity will spike. Normal. Need to have mass air transfer during cook down.
Still no worries for now but when they start stacking have a plan in place or bud rot will ruin your day.
You should be pulling air out with your duct fan from the top of the tent and pulling in from bottom down low where the coldest air is.Yeah I'll be getting me a laundry unit as well. I have everything hooked up right I'm pretty certain . but the tent rarely drops below lung room humidity .
Issue is with this new tent there's no 4 inch port on the bottom side . Just a 2 inch probably for a humidity hose or irrigation. It's working out all right for me tho a dehumidifier will solve any issues. You should be pulling air out with your duct fan from the top of the tent and pulling in from bottom down low where the coldest air is.
I do have the intake hose starting at the floor tho . It just leads up into the top rather then straight to the bottom .I'll send pics here so u know what I mean .You should be pulling air out with your duct fan from the top of the tent and pulling in from bottom down low where the coldest air is.
