WTH man, don't give up on your attic spot. Your spot in the attic is sweet. Attic spots are the best man. Its so easy to put a 4x4 in your spot and nobody would ever know. There is nothing wrong with the attic other than heat during summer, which you can control. You can grow in soil use a large plastic tub as a water reservoir. You will have to bring water once a month in a water jug with a handle. Easy as hell, takes 10 min.
