im trying to order some bird seed from attitude and am having problems! what is an issue number and is it needed i get to the last part and it says order failed! PLEASE HELP

im trying to order some bird seed from attitude and am having problems! what is an issue number and is it needed i get to the last part and it says order failed! PLEASE HELPI had that happen one day when you could get 5 types of free seeds for free(you pay shipping). I think server got overloaded to be honest. I tried putting the order through 5 times(where it was running credit card) and didn't even think of wether or not it would would charge it that many times. it didn't though. next day i went back and order went through. Again, i think server is just overloaded at the moment.

Ur issue number is the 3#'s on the back of your card...Usealy fallows a reprint of the numbers you find on the front of the card.
