You guys have just scared the shit out of me! I ordered the seeds in my name, had them sent to my house where my grow is, I've ordered items for my setup online using my name and address! I research topics re cannabis on my home computer all the time! Now, I have 8 ladies growing and starting to smell pretty strongly in my growroom. I'm in the process of making a carbon filter to help with that. I HAVE NOT said one word to anyone about my grow. I sure hope my name's not on some Customs list cuz I ordered seeds from Amsterdam Seeds! Now, I'm really worried.

you should be OK... but DO NOT THROW ANYTHING OUT IN YOUR TRASH.
if I were in your shoes, I would just make sure my trash is clean. There's no way they will get a search warrant for your residence based on seeds orders alone.
I believe getting CC records also will require subpoenas, which I don't think can happen without more probable cause besides "you ordered seeds to your address under your name".

I heard about issues with the Attitude lately and I was going to come talk mad shit if I didn't get the seeds but I can't do that. Seeds came with October promo included with no issues (location US SE 34 Lat.). Glad I didn't listen to everyone else. I would recommend using this bank unless problems occur. Personally if I encountered even one problem then I wont use them ever again. So far (two orders in a year...including one VERY recently) I haven't encountered so much as one issue. Will use again until I get fucked..lol. Fuck what everyone else says.

Personally I think it's bullshit. The cops have more to do then chasing down someonwe who ordered seeds on line. I'v ebeen ordering from Attitude for 3 plus years and never had a cop show up at my door. People shouldn't make up stories then present them as fact.
you can still buy seeds, but maybe not from attitude through Chicago
not trying to talk attitude down, they're a reputable company, or at least as reputable as you can get in this business
but there does seem to be a problem of their shipping through Chicago
people do a lot of guaranteed shipping with them, and that usually means packages
and packages are more likely to get the close inspection, letters work well because there is an ocean of letters

I have no issue believing a cop would go after any grow. Especially the fuckers in KS. That is where they raided an ex FBI agent with a hydro tomato grow and he was convinced they must have followed him from a hydro store.
What I have a hard time believing is that customs has any mechanism in place to turn it over to the local cops.
I was caught twice bring a pipe home from Mexico. They took my name and made me sign something. I had FBI background checks later on and nada there.

My thoughts? What would cause more people to quit growing or buying seeds than a little disinformation campaign about cops showing up? Prevention is even more effective than actual busts, and is so much cheaper and easier. I can see it now: Hey, post that you had seeds snagged, and then the locals showed up, that will scare the shit out of them and slow down a bunch of future felons.
