Is it just me or does anyone else think attitude has some serious service problems? Got a letter a few weeks ago from customs saying my seeds were seized. I immediately sent attitude an email saying my seeds were seized and I did in fact have guaranteed shipping and I attached a photo of the letter from customs, then when I didn't get a response for a week I sent a second email telling them I never got a response to my first and that my seeds were seized and I have guaranteed shipping, finally today, another week later, I get a response saying "sorry, we could not find your original letter." Never got any "sorry, we'll work this out right away" or anything. Might be my last time ordering with the tude. By the time they finally send my seeds it'll be too hot where I live to start an outdoor grow with some autos like I was planning on trying out.
