Really good video on how Attitude is stepping up their Fraud prevention AND giving buyers the tips they need to avoid fraud on their side as well.

It's refreshing to see honesty especially in a Seed Bank when so many places are fraudulent.

Thats professional and that's why they deserve my money. Couldn't see myself going somewhere else.

That's funny I was thinking the exact opposite

all of my past orders have been through them, as well as my future ones.

Day late and a dollar short I'd say. Any internet retailer should have all the right hardware & software to protect customers from day one. Otherwise they will always be reacting to events. Being proactive against intrusions and security issues is a basic practice for all information systems. Knee jerk reactions are never pretty or good for publicity. I've seen other complaints about Attitude not related to fraud...(allthough that's a big complaint!)...poor support, damaged seeds, etc.

I applaud the effort, but I would not use them or advise others to use them.

well i have used them and haven't had any problems...there have been government and banking institutions that should have tighter security then them but you probably still have an account there alot of places have been hacked even with up to date technology...they have gone through the steps they had to to make the site even more secure...either way i will continue to use them...i think that is commendable of them to admit to there faults...
