call thme monday morning at 9 am ther time, its not a holiday there, they have a clock on ther web site with there time showed, you arent gonna loose any shipping time, cause they are closed on the weekend anyway, i bet they will clear it up for you.

hmm, maybe you need to check off say the in breeders packs if possible, then the wallet one, and add guarentee if you want to add that..
damn, this is really bugging me lil, i wish that we could get this figured out for you as i hate to see people struggle with shit like this, lol..

I'm just gonna throw my guess out there snd see if I can help. You have got to make sure that all the billing info used on sage pay matches the info on the card. You can have things shipped anywhere but the billing info has to match. I use a debit card every time I order and just hit the Visa button (no debit) with no problems
