Big problem I've had with transplanting plants to DWC was if they are growing in real dirt it carries bacteria over to the DWC and ends up giving you root rot. Clones for DWC should be started in a sterile soilless mix like one of the Sunshine blends or Promix that don't have added Myco as it's not great for DWC either.
I start clones in DWC at around 300ppm. 1mls Grow, 1mls Micro and 1/3ml Bloom per liter/quart is usually enough to get around 300 ppm. Gradually raise the ppm as the plants get bigger up to 1000 or so depending on how they grow. As the autos begin to flower raise the Bloom portion while reducing the Grow portion around week 5 or 6. By the 2nd week of flowering you should be adding bloom boosters at low levels increasing that as the weeks progress. I use Big Bud from AN for that.
Looking at your current setup I'd drop those lights right down almost to dirt level to get the bulbs in as close as 2" from the plants. Cut some pieces of tin foil to wrap the back half of the bulbs to direct all the light to the plants. Stick it right on the bulbs. With a bit of experimentation you can cut it so there are tabs that can wrap around the base and tuck in the top to hold it in place even with the oscillating fan blowing on them. You are only getting about 20% of the available light the way they are now. Don't worry about hot spots as CFLs don't have the kind of light intensity to make that a worry so put the shiny side against the bulb for maximum light reflection. Even a 150W HPS bulb can burn plants as I found out using an old street light reflector with one. lol
