Auto flower soil feed question

I have two ecstatic gelato autos from fastbuds that I wanna sprout and try out that I got for free. I’m a photo grower so autos to me are vivid and it’ll will be my first. Here’s how I’m thinking I wanna do this since I cant transfer them. I’m gonna use five gallon buckets for both. On the first half inch on bottom imma pebble for drainage like always. On top of pebbles at the bottom 1/3 I plan on mixing a 50/50 ratio of 1 black magic all purpose fertilizer with 1 part soil coco and perlite. Above that I am probably just going to use happy frogs for all of potting soil and wait till the week three to add one top feed. I’m thinking amending the black magic on the top as I water but if I do it with the happy frogs and 1/3 bottom amended all I should need to do is just water and the bottom mix a push what’s left of the happy frog when it runs out during the last weeks of flower right. At least that’s how I’m picturing it in my mind math wise If not please let me know.

I’m gonna be using soil but I’m using five gallon bucketsbfrom Lowe’s instead of fabrics. There bad for holding water. But I don’t know what soil to use on an auto. I’m trying to feed em as least as possible. Instead of feeding in 1/8ths every week or so I wanted to already have the last few weeks mixed at the bottom so all I had to do is water then flush

You can transplant but do it sooner than you would with photos.

I started this one in half a solo cup and transplanted at 8 days into two gallon. It would’ve been much bigger but I topped it and then a week later accidentally broke the top node off with the new tops.

I had a second one that I waited two weeks to transfer and it’s half the size.

I don’t really want to transfer them but want to make a water only the holes in the bottom and the pebbles aren’t the issue it’s when it’s early sprout and early veg. But I could poke holes on the sides all the way up as well so thanks. As far as the food I’m experimenting with black magic 555 dry amendments so I was thinking about doing one layer above the dirt with 50/50 per gallon 1 gallon 555 dry and one gallon soil and coco mix. I’m wondering if the roots will reach it by week 5 and hope I have to water only. Or would it be a good idea to add some of the dry amendment on the top at week 3 x 1/8 of what photo requires

I’m trying to see if the black magic all purpose 555 amendments will work as an organic grow since it derives the same things as Gia green 444 except a couple different. Gonna soil one and coco the other just to see how much better one is than the other.

Thanks man I hope so as well. I live right next to the lakes so humidity is a pain in the ass and I’m growing these in a closet. My air intakes good I got a Vivisun 440 cfm and I run it up to my attic. My lights a sf4000 and I used the Mylar reflector that’s on those 4 inch insulation ducts and it does well. I just don’t have good access to soil amendments because what amendments are here get taken by medical despensarys and they clean the stores out. It’s almost like they buy all of the amendments so other people can’t have good results will come in the room instead. The only thing Home Depot and Ace Hardware‘s have a doctor earth or a few fox farm in Alaska blooms. So I went ahead and bought a pack of Black Magic 555 all purpose dry amendments to mix in my soil and my plan is to make an organic super soil so I can water to osmosis adjusted ph cause there’s a lot of alkaline in my water from the river. I just don’t know what dry bloom and mint or veg amendment to add with my all purpose

Auto seeds came free with an order that I made so I was just gonna try to do an experiment with them and see how it turned out might try to make a video for educational purposes see how it turns out

There going along pretty well. I thought that the black magic 555 all purpose woodwork like a super soil where I wouldn’t have to feed it and it would have enough throughout its life cycle the feed mix in the bottom 1/3 but it looks like there having nitrogen problems so I put some earthworm castings and perlite on the top. I might do one dry feed next week with a cal mag schedule. One is growing tall and thick and the other is growing real short thin and bushy and so far no feed has been given. Just water

I plan on removing it , I’m just letting the stems grow another inch or so before I tie the top and middle back over. I had it bent over already at week two but I untied it to change there positions to a better direction and plan on bending back over after it’s next watering. There taking in 8-12 oz every 3-4 days. The string was just there to keep the plant straight at the bottom when I stressed it to keep it in the center. I just never cut it off to stay level since I was gonna be bending the lower and top of the plants in a few days anyways. It’s not pulling or no tension is on the rope cause I didn’t want to cut into the stem or put a dent in the bottom. I had it low stress training but the stems were only a quarter inch so I Removed the wire and letting them grow up enough then bending them right back over for a better position in a few days. Originally I bent them over without the bottom tied but the plants were wanted to go diagonal stem and all so I pulled it with thestring in the opposite direction to keep it from pulling and growing that way. I don’t plan on topping them , I’m going to attemp a sog auto grow to see what happens.

Using coco and treating it like soil is a recipe for disaster.
