AutoFlower/Flood&Drain/CFL Grow

This is my 3rd grow and my 2nd with all auto's. I am using a traditional Flood and Drain system with a 10 gallon resevior. I am going with 6"x6" pots with B'Cuzz Hydro Rokz as the medium and B'Cuzz stonewool Maxi-Plugs. I am using a 200w 650k CFL. I am growing (2)Lowlife Automatic Blueberries, (2)Dinafem Roadrunner Auto's, and (2)Dutch Passion Taiga's. After soaking the seeds in spring water for two days and treating the mediums with ph'd water with a low dosage of Botanicare's Liquid Karma. I placed the seeds in the MaxiPlugs last night and I think I am ready for a successful grow.

I am not sure about what happened but two of my seeds didn't pop. 1 RoadRunner and 1 Taiga decided to sit this one out. What are my chances of getting them to give me 2 more seeds. The other 4 are up and looking wonderful. The problem might have been in the bucket/hydro roks/rockwool cube height. Since I went with taller buckets I have to make sure that the buckets don't outgrow my system. Which means that I ended up using the buckets from the bad seeds to guage if the rockwool cube was far enough down in the bucket so that it would get soaked when it drains but still make use of the height of the buckets. I forgot that this is my first time using hydro roks so I am still learning my system

Today my two Blueberry's were drooping a bit. I thought it was because they had not had their morning flood, but after that didn't get them up and running I thought maybe they needed a boost in nutes. So, I gave the resevoir a little bit of Liquid Karma.

So, the Liquid Karma didn't work so I am thinking that maybe they are not getting enough water. I have bumped up my flooding to 15 minutes every two hours that the light is on. The good part is that is shoudn't take long to figure out if it is working. My girls will tell me.

The problem I think lies in the humidity. Since I am growing in the bathroom I am working within the workings of my home heat/air. This grow I switched to the hydro roks which don't keep as much humidity. That is good since they allow me to flood more often and lower the possibilies of mold. However, now I am realizing that with the winter also brings turning the heat up which also dries out the air. So, with the hydro roks and the heat my humidity has dropped to the single digits. I have added a humidifier which brought it back up to the 30's. Now, I just wait and see.

This has been a little depressing already. Watching my babies have problems this early in the game is tuff. I have the humidity and temps under control but I don't know if I did what needs to be done in time. Anyway, here is the pic.

Today I saw my girls show sign of wanting to do some great things. I hope that this means that we are back in the game and ready to grow some "good shit." I started with light bloom nutes today and they are looking great. More to come.

I think that we are back on track and doing what is supposed to be done. The ladies started really growing yesterday and today. I am excited about that and looking forward to posting 21 day picks soon. I think the 21 day pics will show a big difference from the 14 day pics.
