Autoflower question

Hey,
Im running autoflowers for the first time. I have some og kush in the back row 28 days old, and ripleys og in the front row 21 days old.
Both are Indica dominant and are very squatty. Is my light viaspectre xs2000 at 18 inches too low? Im waiting on the stretch, when should I expect it or is it different in all strains/genetics? The kush is starting pistils but just a few, The ripleys are still vegging. Any ideas on getting these plants to grow vertically.
Thanks for the help!

Firstly you didn't mention what percentage you're running the light, secondly I run a similar wattage light at the same height till late flower(where I drop it much lower at 100%) and haven't noticed any problems caused by the light itself. I also make sure I'm as close to perfect vpd as I could get using this tool.

Heads up: Your picture didn't attach correctly.

I’m running it at 100%. Should I lower power and of raise higher?
TIA
How many hours a day is the light on? With autos you need to keep in mind that they usually get many more hours per day of light than photoperiod plants so they require less light intensity. The plant has an ideal DLI(Daily Light Integral) and going above that only hurts the growth. What size tent are you growing in as well?

They look great! Nothing out of the ordinary for day 21. Get ready for them to explode during the next week or two.

As for the strength of the light I'm usually at 130-150 watts at day 21 and will up the wattage slowly as it goes into flower.

If you've been at 100% since day one then you have some hardy flowers because they look unbothered by all that light.

I had NL 5 for the last year as well as White Widows, got some Durban Poison in now, and they look fine, wait till you get a little better to cross-breed them
