What do you guys think? I am about to go on vacation for a few days...thinking I might wanna chop her down before I dip... what do you guys think? Would it be a waste to chop her in the next few days?

It's a flushing agent to get left over and built up nutrient out of your soil and plants themselves. Makes for a tasty, clean harvest!
