Autoflower starting to flower early.

Hey guys,
i'm at 21 days since first set of true leaves and my autos are starting to develop small white hairs at the top of the plant.
Q: Are the plants too small or stunted to be showing sign of flower?
Info about setup:
250w HPS, Watering 30ml of water every 2-3 days, Temps 83 F, 18/6 Light Schedule and good ventilation.

I suggest using 24/7 lights on all auto plants.

Okay i was thinking that too but wasnt sure if the plants needed some darkness for rest. Thanks for the help.

Stunted like a mofo, should have atleat 8 sets of leafs

If these image are 21 days post true leaf. You've got a probleme... I have a few phenotype that i'm selecting at they are 22 days since seed cracked open. They were out of the soil 17 days ago. And my weeakess seedling has more foliage then all 4 of your seedlings put together... Light might be too close and or too hot and waterfeed might be to to much.... I fed water twice for similar pot size... To the soil with organic fertilizer a few days ago and did not water (i mixed it in surface and let it sit) i just water it with liquid fish today after top dress again. (waited for cotyledon 'round seedling leaf) to change and shrivle before watering the top dress. My waterfeeding were on par with the timing.

This is exactly 23 days from seed. Some are in training some have been top today. Same strain diffrent phenos. Im sorting them in hope to get a male from the 3 in front to breed with my bleuberry... The 3 in the back are the week link

Here's my auto at 1 month. And it was stunted fresh out of the seed so it Should be bigger than it is now. The pot is 16 inches across if that helps with size reference

Actually I started out in that 15 gallon pot with around 10 gallons of coco. Normally I'd transplant but they say its good to start autos in their final pot.
