autoflower strains outdoors?

i'm looking at the attitude seed bank here, the auto strains outdoor harvest says september -october? so what about these strains that are to finish in 60 days? do they not auto flower outside or what?

if i plant in april, they should be ready in august?

with autos outside they usually take 3 months. i have no idea why. i guess it just has to do with them being outside in the elements. so if you plant in april, you should have a chop down date sometime in july.
