i harvested from 3 AF males all were afgan kush males, and use that polen on a blue berry, blue hymalayen, and a low rider 2. and looks like i got some good seed. all AF of cource, and am looking forward to growing these seeds on the next run. just to see what happens. I also use some of the pollen on a regular lemon skunk, just to see what happens, you can read all day about the dos and donts but untill you get your hands wet, all the info you take in is just that, nothing else. trile and error is how i learn the best. So we will see as the month go by this year. This was not my first grow, but my first seed run. it should be fun to see what happens though.

Hay guys, I'm kinda new at this auto grow thing and was wondering if anybody has gotten a hermaphrodite from Short Stuff Onyx. Purchased 10 reg. beans and only planted one. The herm. Besides picking off the male flowers, is there anything else I should do?

Wow I just found this thread, looks like I have a shit load of reading to do. Anyway, I have some diesel ryders that are seeded, hoping to get a lot of seed from them, they smell fantastic and are very frosty, the tallest one is maybe 18 inches tall, could be a little taller, Im not sure its LSTd to get more tops from it. Very bushy little autos, looks like I will get a bunch of seeds, best way to get your moneys worth, the price on these things is a bit ridiculous. they are under 3 90 watt quad band ufos. Getting a 600 watt cool tube hps soon, but I might just keep the autos under the leds since they seem to do great under them, and just use the cool tube for the regular plants.

Just regular ph'd water is good mate, usually you water to flush it with 3 times your pot size water (example 1 gallon pot you would water with 3 gallons water) you would usually flush the last 2 weeks before your harvest. But tbh I have harvested weed early and w/o flushing and it was quite smokeable tasted fine and burned to a nice white ash.

I noticed some people using soda bottles, they work ok, but limit your plant size, I noticed autos are like any other plant they get bigger the more room the roots have. But I understand thats what some of you want for your particular setups, Im not bashing anyone. But they do max out for the most part, and the biggest I would recommend using is a 3 gallon. Anymore than that is probably just taking up more space than you would need to. This is an interesting thread, I havent seen so many auto grows anywhere else. Interesting to see the different strains. Anyone grown Big Devil or Fast Bud from Sweet Seeds? Thats my next auto grow.

i use a flushing solution called clearx. It helps clean the roots system off, and then straight water for the last week or two. as your flushing watch your ppm as you flush it should drop. lower the better. usually 3 times the water to the size of your pot. FDD has a great thread on this, read it is a must.
i had a smaller plant that that bud 2 bong hits lol, no shit. i found that AF are unstable and you never know what size your plants going to be, until it grows, but i still like the turn around on them.

I personally have not grown any Short Stuff, Im interested to know how they do. That sucks you got a hermie. Weird, but shit happens when you are dealing with a living thing, maybe you stressed it early on or something. A question for everyone, has anyone bought any of those Samsara autoflowers from Attitude? They sell regulars too, but Im only interested in their autos for now. You have to read the description to know which are autos because they are all listed as autos, but when you read them its apparent that it is a mistake, and they are not all autos. Just wondering if they do ok or not, I know they are a new seed company, so its hard to find any info on them, other than their own website.
