def. a male, the bunch of pollen sacks on the top of the plant is pretty much the fastest way to spot the males. theyre pretty obvious so now u know what they look like so u can pull those things out as soon as u see em

Well, one of my untopped DR started showing me some balls, so it has begun!

I think all is lookin good, they've really only been givin aquarium water and molasses.

Prolly start them on FF big bloom next watering. Still deciding whether to keep them at 24/0 or to switch them up to 20/4.

As usual, more pics and details in my sig...

So, day 21 from seed pics. The good news is that Hindu Kush(pic1) is doing great and I think she just might be a she. Nuff sed. Also, BluRyder(pic2) is definately a she and looks and smells great. Lemon Skunk(pic3) is a little bity thang but I think she will give me something that I can taste. As for the other 3, (the lowRyder #2's) it is not pretty. They all are struggling but at this point it does not hurt me to leave them in there and see what happens. I am already looking forward to the next grow with the hydroten. But for now, I think I am going to get something for my glaucoma(haha) from this grow which is alright. I can be a little more selective of my seeds on my next grow as I am already planning to go with all female.

I am using flood and drain so all of the plants are getting the same thing. I figure I am just learning which strains do the best with my system. I don't really want to change anything and risk my good plants going bad. I don't have a space where I can take the bad ones out and do something different and I don't have the time to hand feed. So, yes I may lose some of these plants but I will take that at this point in order to get these two or three growing great.

Maybe 20 of them... but 60 is a little over kill cause they wont have enough room to grow bigger... and u cant force them to flower early so they will just keep growin and growin till they prevent the others bud from growin any bigger... u might get away with 60 non feminized plants cause 30 will be males and ull chop those.. so that leaves u with 30 more... i got a 400MH/HPS + 150HPS and am thinking about doing 15 feminized autos

Thanks! If she continues like this she will definitely be a part of my consistent grow list. I am going to the spot to get larger pots and hydroten(for the next grow) today. I figure I have space for just six at a time and I have narrowed it down to auto's. So, now I just have to learn how to grow and find the strains that love me. The LR2's just don't like my flow.
