Had a 3.5 oz LR2 myself recently. No LST needed. Just give'm the right conditions and enough space to branch out.

considering you cant clone 'em, you should keep one male separate to make seeds (or keep buying seeds)
Another technique would be to isolate the male. Then put it in a bag, shake it till the pollen is mostly out of the sacks. Then you can save the pollen in a petri dish in your freezer. That way you can have some pollen on hand in case your new seeds happen to be all female. Just a thought guys.
Good luck:peace:

YO , im about to start 5 fem ak autos in a cupboard 4.5x2 (feet) easily high enough with diamond reflective sheeting and two normal desk fans. Growing in multipurpose soil and with a 250w hps that il be keeping on a 20/4 period for the first month and 18/6 for the second. I have some left over vintage bat guano from a previous grow does anybody think this will be good to give them ?

this is a unknown lowlife strain. I got a mixed pack and this is my first female, I think I have a second soon. I have already gotten 3 males which I chucked obviously. So here she is at about 45 days old counting from when it came through the surface of soil. It is being grown with a 68 watt cfl and 2 23 watt cfl's.

Hey guys

It is finally that time for my 2 oldest Diesel Ryders!! At only 55 days old they are ready to harvest. Trichs on the shorter one were almost all cloudy with about 25% of the trichs on the leaves starting to turn amber. The taller plant, Ellie May, was about 50/50 Clear & Cloudy trichs with just a few starting to turn amber. The leaves were starting to curl and die, and all conditions were right so they got the chop!

For full details see my Mini Fridge thread. Here's the basics:

Lights Used: 42w & 26w CFLs for the first couple weeks, 150w HPS for the rest.
Showed Sex At: Day 14
Medium: Sunshine Mix + Perlite & Bone Meal
Ferts: Schultz 10-15-10 & Molasses
Seed To Harvest: 55 Days
Wet Weight of Ellie May: 44.2 grams
Wet Weight of Daria: 48.0 grams

Estimated Total Dry Weight (With roughly 70% weight loss): 28 grams (1 Ounce)

If I can get 6-10 of these ladies out of my next attempt (which will be 20 or more seeds to start) then I think the roughly 3-5 ounces I would get off of it would easily last my wife and I another 2.5 months or less till next harvest! ThenI can use my fridge in the garage for other straing & experimenting!!

Anyways, here are some pics I took, Ill let you guys know more on dry weight & a smoke report once it is time.

Right Before Cutting. Ellie May = 9.75" Daria = 7.75"

After trimming & hangin in the closet

Daria

Ellie May

I sure cant wait to start more! I would highly suggest this strain to anyone, it is such a pungent & distinct smell & taste! It is tough keeping the odor under control, but with a few more adjustments to my setup it should be ok.

Let me know what you guys think of my little midgets!

Kolor, I have 10 Diesel Ryder seeds, plan to germ them soon but odor is a problem for me right now. Is it really this pungent?

I'm growing 2 G13 labs Poison Dwarfs females (Northern Lights x unknown ruderalis cross), will post pics soon. They are VERY NICE plants, small and virtually odor free. One of them will be harvested in a week or so, it is entering its 6th week of flowering today!

Yes, the Diesel Ryder is a very pungent strain. If odor is a problem then you MUST make a carbon scrubber before you plant your DRs. When they start flowering they start stinking right away. I had them in a mini fridge in my laundry room and when you walk in the front door it was VERY obvious.

Even worse (or better I suppose) is when you are drying it. It smelled soooo good but SOOOO strong! I did not use any odor control when drying and lets just say no company was invited over during that time. Took about 4-5 days till it went in jars, then the smell was gone.

Didnt mean to freak you out but I would hate for it to take you by surprise. The wonderful taste and powerful high from the strain is well worth it in my opinion. Good luck, I'll help ya any way I can.

Peace

Thanks, man, I think I will start with only 2 seeds. I also have 1 dinafem roadrunner and one last poison dwarf seed, will germ both with the 2 Diesel....

The Poison Dwarf is starting to smell funky just now, in its 6th flowering week. And it is very sweet, citrus-sweet if you know what I mean, can´t wait to light them up!

peace!,
R!
