You should have started in a solo cup, and transplanted. With that being said, I would carefully water around it a little bit, and add some soil around it. Coco is difficult for a new grower because of the nutrients needed to maintain a healthy plant. Not to much, but not enough. And move the light closer.

I usually start in smaller cup with a plug let it root for a bit then a 3 gal fabric pot. Ya moving light down and turning down is would help. I went from soil to a mix of soil and coco so can’t help u much but from helping a friend and online reading it seems like u have to daily feed since it doesn’t retain a lot of the nutes. So maybe a weak strength just to get it going. I usually use a t5 for that time cause u can have it lower and it doesn’t run hot. U can usually find on used on marketplace found few myself or online. Sometime I use a baboo stick to tie it for support for a bit if it stretches a lot. Still not as experienced but done a few auto flower and they are good start but fem are fun and you can feed a lot easier then auto they are real delicate depending on genetics. Good luck
