Autoflower's not through soil yet,whats rong??

Hey Folks,i planted 2 white russian autos on the 21st (now 24th) and they'r still not through the soil...is that ok?? they did not get germinated btw!

i'm using 3 40watt destop lights and a normal 60watt table lamp..this ok for now??
i'v also germinted 1 seed,paper towel method (waited till it cracked) then i planted (today) hopefully things turn out ok!

How deep under the soil did you plant 'em cuz no more than 1/2 inch below the surface should be needed. But usually if they haven't popped within 5 days they're likely duds and were too dry to germinate.

what about the seed thats cracked...how long would that normaly take??
