lol no kidding, i can barely believe how fast they flowering progression is.

Im an American my friend, and i live in sunny south Florida, and aside from all the cotton heads (people who move to Boca to die of old age, which is alot more than one would think) it is a great spot to live. my dream is to sell a zillion lbs of mary jane and move to a private island where all rollitup members are welcome and we can all grow and smoke in harmoney THE END

anyways pic 1 is the first signs of pistils coming frometh her calyxs! woooo its all good, these pics are a few days old cause ive been lazy but it makes for a more entertaining journal entry....im pretty stoned and cant concentrate so this is gonna be tough...
anywho i found a random shitty little spikey seedling...really random, i thimnk it was a thistle so i smited it the others just show that i changed the pots for two plants in one to a ten litre dulux tub....good shit! and the others show some more recent shots of the female...the other two have some tiny preflowering growth, looking a bit male but fingers crossed both of them dont go male! anyways i gotta go smoke a joint, in a bit my friends!:bigjoint:

Hey cheddar! Your grow looks gr8! The ones i have in the waterfarm are slowwwwwwwwwww to start...but i think once the tap root hits the res im gonna catch up quick...lol...my widow strains are doin good, they have blown past the autos but they are in soil...no pics yet cuz my camera is down, but maybe later today

ok so i had a nice long look at the female just now and noticed that there some sub colas that were hiding under the fan leaves, i pushed the leaves under so that the budsites got light and took pictures of them individually......
i count 3 sub colas and have one main top.....who knows how crazy this little bastard is gonna turn out :S :joint:bongsmilie

just returned from the grow closet again and just whacked up my 250 watt HPS bulb..... above it i still have my other 250 watt blue spectrum cfl to give a small amount of bluelight with the red aswell....keen to see what results can come from this combo

Hey cheddar, the ladies are looking good. I just ran across your journal, kinda crazy, I have auto AK47's going as well. I think we are almost on the exact same time table as my girls were all sprouted on March 1st. I'm currently under my brand new 400W after 3 weeks under T5's. I'm on my first grow so I'm gonna stick with your grow for comparison. If have any advice/observations, I'd love to hear it.

ok so i got a suspicion that the taller of the other plants in the big pot is a female....it was forming a small sack like thing on the nodes lower down but on the top it has little pistils coming out....
also made the closet mylar central....some growth on the female aswell.....oh yeah and the tiny pot beside the big ones hold my peppers :):joint:.... oh yeah and the root growth on the big female is nuts....gonna have to transplant her today, there are some massive roots coming out the drainage holes...will take a pic later for your perusal whoevers still watchin':peace:

anyone got any ideas or opinions about my light setup? i want to know how efficient it may be to the plants, the blue cfl shade basically acts as a shade above the HPSand below a fan blows cool air from surrounding room into the closet.... anything would be appreciated

seems to me like a waste of lumens to have that light setup above the hps. those cfls put out better lumens at close range and dont have the same light penetration as the hps, i would put them next to each other to get the cfl as low to the canopy as possible without obstructing the 250hps' light.

now that you have the hps, the cfls are more of supplimental lighting. i would hang it without a reflector so the lower canopy gets some more light increasing lower budsites yields.

congrats on another female as well. im trying to figure out how far ahead of yours my grow is.

everyone lost interest as soon as it starts to get good!....the big female is growing fast, in the space of28 hours she grew 2 and a half inches! wooooo will wang pics up later!

Dont bother with the CFLs unless they are on the sides/lower part of the plant and close. Otherwise the hps will drown them out like stranger said!

i planted the plants on the 25th but the biggest female is from february the 26th which makes it 31 days old i think....the other 2 are about the 25 day mark....just had an inspection and one of the females that are together in the 10 litre pot are hermies! dag nabbit, guess ill be moving those 2 into a different place so the other female is pure sensimilla! oh dear, at least it means 2 plants to sell and one (which will be the best) to smoke...ill throw some pictures up

hey man i jsut exchanged the 250 watt envirolite for my 250 watt HPS into the shade....its a real bodge job but the shade isnt meant for the HPS....hope everything goes ok

Hey, man. I just stumbled on your journal. I'm excited because I too have an auto AK grow going on right now but in DWC. I'm a couple weeks behind you, mine were planted on 3-12 making them a little over two weeks old now. How many days was it until yours started showing signs of sex?

I'd say on average maybe about 17 -20 days? some of them were shocked but the first female which didnt really get any shock from crap lights showed sex within 16 days i think, not far off what it says on the lowlife thingy.... the next few weeks are gonna be amazing!
