Automatic Temperature Control

That's not going to turn it into a cooling tstat. You could use a normally closed relay, but that'd be a pain in the ass.

power backwards yea i would think that it would work and think i tried it with my attic fan control and it worked but im not an expert on electrical so you should listen to areoking and just get the right thermostate electricity is nothing to mess with

UPDATE: I just got my thermostat that I order from homedepot.com. Got it installed and workin great. thx again.
 
I got my carbon filter done and done cheap! The fan cost me $29 shipped to my door, saved me 75 miles of gas. The dollar store had a bath set that came in a nice nylon net $3. Activated carbon from the COOP $5. So far it has been installed an hour and my smell is gone and cabinet temp has dropped from 82f to 79f. Thats just pulling air through the cracks in the doors. I haven't installed an intake fan yet! I have this plugged into the LUX thermostat.

If the temp stays down I am going to work on my rez ventilator. PC fans attatched to the unused netpot holes. One intake one exhaust. I'm gonna start with a couple 80mm fans and a a/c adapter. Pix when I finish.
