Also with the plant bucket I drilled holes in the bottom and the side. I did a 3 hole then 2 hole around on the side. In the water bucket( the one with the mini float valve) the float valve acts as a shut off. You have to determine the depth of the water. I allow minds to go up half of the net pot. The net pot sits in the water. I am looking for more info on bottom feeding

WOW!!!!!!!!, I remember creating that set-up so long ago I forgot about it, until now. I did not even remember putting it on here. that was a cool system but it had its flaws.
The biggest flaw was getting the right amount nuts to the plants. If you notice some of the plants shows a lot of leaf curl and others show a k deficiency. it also used some of my height. . One thing that is not shown is the the air stone in the water bucket. WOW, dam i was on my game!! It did produce some amazing buds. But i think it can be better used for mother plants

How did you rate them? Did you ever suffer from salt build ups or run into blockages.. would you advise using them? Any tips.. I just got a four pot system :D

I did not like them but they do work. i try not to transplant a lot, so the smaller pots really annoyed me.... i like to set my pots and let them go. I am a organic grower so salt build up is the least of my concerns. for smaller plants yeah use them it will take the load off of you. i ran into blockages because of bacteria. you also need to add a air stone or the water will become stagnate when the plants are not drinking. but all in all they are cool to use. I just like effective simplicity
