If you grow auto's you need to get them going good right out of the gate. If you don't then you end up with small flowering plants with minimal yield. You don't have the luxury of correcting issues and letting them veg longer before flowering because they flower on their own.
I don't see any reason to grow auto's if your growing indoors. Outdoors is different as you can't control the growing season and in some places many strains won't finish in time before the weather gets bad. Auto's allow you to harvest flowered plants before bad weather sets in. I know people that grow them just for that reason. But indoors where you can control the environment I don't see any reason to grow auto's.

The Ones i have going at the Minute are Monsters for Autos.About 2/1/2 foot with out pot.One is taller than other ,But other is real nice pheno just starting to form colas.This is from about 4/5 days ago ,they grown so much since then.Not too keen on the lanky Gal,But the Other i like.Light was high for Photo lowered after .Sweet Seeds Bloody Skunk.

Start of the 3 rd week of Seeing first sign of Flowering,They have a Lot more growth in them now,I up date journal tomorrow.Colas are starting to form.To be honest if i did not have a Lot of room atm i would ditch the bigger one and just do the more rounded plant ,it will do better on its own in there ,

What does your nutrient schedule look like? Mine just started flowering last week around 12" in height. 8 colas so far.

That's a ridiculously huge pair of plants being 3-4 weeks old from seed... I think you're good but it looks like you need a stronger light... How many watts does that light pull from the wall?
not always mate, i dont do auto anys more. but last time i did i fucked a couple up stunted n allsorts but it turn out to be a stinky monster 1 fat cola was crazy n pulled 2 1/2 oz dry. guess most of the time its all about the genetics?

It's a test for Mars ,Na man enough Light in there just wrong size tent for two plants ,Pulling that Lanky gal out tomorrow Going with just the one,The smaller bushy pheno.I was Pulling ok weights of the Last Mars light ,So we will see with this one.I think after the test i would more tan likely add the other 300 LED too ,just because i'm greedy and all ways want more lol.I was getting around 5 oz of good bud from there 300 LED,This seems a lot better Built ,but i aint to sure about what one ilike best yet till results come in,All Specs for this cob or on my Journal though if any one wants to have a look

Canna a/b and Big Bud from advanced for two week .Has soon has you see signs of flowering 1.3. ec,Then after the 2 Week are up just canna a/b till the flush

To be Honest i never done a Auto Indoors from seed to harvest before,I have Slagged them down a lot over years mind ya,These Two Smell Amazing Not Getting the Classic Skunk from them Though.I happy that they did not flower till they was a bigger size though,I was hoping on 4 week before them flipping .And it was round about then that they showed flowers.There on 20/4 and seem to be doing ok,these are biggest Auto's i have done.I should have done a update today ,But just been so busy ,it will have to wait till tomorrow.There Showing The Odd Purple hairs now ,not many but i know that at least one is going to be a nice dark Purple color.But after all that, if was to do them again then it would only be for this strain,I did ask my brother to take a Photo of them for me but he aint no david bailey,so pictures bad.Future i would more than likely just flower clones, that i have vegged a few week 3/4 week veg then Flower,A lot less Electric,and i think it will be a far better end weight.But i have been after a Purple strain for a while,and this one so far is doing what it says on the seed breeders post.But i still did not trust that.It was only till i watched a journal on here and another grow i talk to have done it and both said it was nice,smoke and good color that got me to order.Thinking of Doing a fair few of these next Spring and Summer,for my normal Auto Outdoor grows.

Big pots and using veg nutes the whole way through are the key to big autos.
