Autpflower fem plant amd seed questions

I have read most posts and srill cannot clarify the answer to my specific question. I purchased a delicious seeds northern light blue autoflower femminised seed. The plant grew wonderfully throughout the whole life span i let the plant grow a lil longer than recommended by prob 2 weeks just to reassure the tricomes would be fully matured and produce quality smoke. When i finally harvested the plant and went to test some for the first time a seed fell out! I started going threw more buds ans sure enough there were seeds consistantly throughout the buds. Obviously it is a hermie. Question one.. Did it hermie from stressing the plant . ( non consistant lighting and temps, also it brealing at a young age) or was it most likely born hermi. Question 2.. What about the seeds? Are they good to use? Or will they be hermies? Or will they only be hermies if the plant is a hermie from seed not stress? Just nwed this cleared up. Any real info will help

If it's a seed from a auto female it should produce the same or so I've been told. I found a few seeds in some of my latest grow of fem autoflowers too. Just a few seeds. And looking back I don't think I stressed them out.

Yea i have noticed a trend with these fem autos. Hope someone can clarify possible reasons a fem plant produced seed with no pollen. And again. If its seed are good to use . If so i now have enough seed to do an autoflower sog

it's quite simple ... to make feminized seeds you need to grab a hermi and polinate a female ... and this makes feminized seeds but since it was originated by a hermi you all shall know that fem seeds have about 20% more chance sto turn hermi and you could go look arround has nothing to do with the ruderalis gene it's just that feminized seed auto or regular have more chances to make a female about 75-80% but it might also be a hermi :/

That depends on what you mean by hermi.

If a plant is stressed into producing male flowers the resulting seeds will be fem seeds. Those seeds will have no more chance of producing hermaphrodites as anything else with the same genetics.

Stress can not be transferred by dna.

A plant that naturally grows both sets of sex organs and has both X and Y chromosomes will pass that tendency on.

thank you trousers, that almost clears everything up . .i was under the impression that hermies did not produce seed themselves. i thought they produced pollin sacs that could pollinate other females .. this is one auto fem plant that produced seed by itsself. that is why i was confused. so how do i tell if it stress related or if it is a born hermie. .. i never saw pollin sacks or seeds developing on it during the whole grow. not untill i went to smoke it

If you never saw pollen sacks then it probably was not a herm and you should have fem seeds.
