Like, 12g per dose. I would make it in a concentration containing at least two doses and split it. Syrian Rue contains the Harmala alkaloids present in the Ayahuasca vine. 3-7g per dose. My first ever dose was 20g Syrian Rue, 25g ACRB, split in half. The Harmala alkaloids make you feel an internal shake like you have Kuru before you blast off if you take too much.

Don't need the Mao inhibitor (Syrian rue). Not making ayahuasca. Just want to extract N-DMT crystal. So that yield doesn't translate. I smoke it. So a dose to me is a vape hit, or two if I can do it fast enough. Lol
